Shipping Policy

• Order Shipping
  All items in each order, including preorders, are shipped together in one shipment. If you require your items as soon as possible, we recommend placing separate orders to avoid delays.

• Shipping Timeframe
  We process and ship all orders within one working day after the order is placed. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays.

• Shipping Carrier
  All shipments are sent via DHL, including tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

• Shipping Destinations
  Currently, we ship to all countries within the European Union. We are actively working to expand our shipping destinations to additional countries in the near future.

• Packaging
  Your items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Single items are bubble-wrapped and sent in sturdy cardboard envelopes. Multiple items are packed in thick, well-padded packages with ample filling material.

• Quality Inspection
  Every item is thoroughly inspected both upon receipt and prior to shipping. We guarantee that limited editions and special items do not have dinged corners or damaged slipcovers unless explicitly stated in the product description.
