A. Right of Withdrawal Information

Introduction
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Andreas Schmidt, Avant-Garde-Cinema, Corinthstraße 59, 10245 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: 01723961954, Email: info@avantgardecinema.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

General Instructions

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2. Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.

3. Please note that points 1 and 2 above are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
